Amazing! Today we took our daughter to see her first musical, Aladdin at the Capital Theatre in Sydney and she loved it. The audience was full of kids and if you have a chance go and see it I highly recommend it. It’s funny, full of colours, vibrant and all the songs you and your kids probably know.
The brilliant colours inspired me and I wanted to pass on my inspiration. The designers for Aladdin travelled to Morocco for ideas for the sets and costumes. Moroccan design is bold, bright, full of positive energy and intricate designs.
Decorating is about bringing design elements into your rooms, these can be bold or subtle. It can be a shapes, patterns or colours. Take your favourite aspect and use that element as a base to create your theme.
