There’s so much going on in our lives today, it can be challenging to wind down and sleep.
If this is you, indigo is a colour that will help to calm your mind of all those thoughts running through you head.
Before bed, try looking at an image of the colour, mediating or having something indigo nearby like a pillowcase or throw. If you wake up during the night, think of the indigo you saw earlier and your mind will calm and you’ll get back to sleep. It does take some practice to bring your focus back to indigo as other thoughts will try to take over. Just keep coming back to indigo.
This is something that works well for me as I often wake up during the night with too many thoughts.
